Team leader Phil Hapke is a retired Veteran having served with the USMC and the USAF. Since being an agent, I have received the Rookie of the Year award in 2001 and the Realtor of Distinction award in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 placing me in the top 3% of local Realtors.  I am married all my children are grown and I have several grandchildren.                                                                    

    Jonathan Lee Broker in Charge.  Jonathan has 10 years of experience mostly in Commercial and Investments.  Jonathan has a great deal of knowledge about all aspects of commerical leasing and sales and assisting large business aquire the right property at the right price.  So if you are looking for assistance with any form of real estate Jonathan  experiacne is invaluable to you as a client when buying or selling a home or a commercial property .  Jonathan is married and has one Son & one Daughter.

CJ is our new home specialist, and is well versed in assisting custom home buyers cut costs and increase  equity for his customers.  CJ served in the United States Navy as a Corpsman attached the 2nd Marine Div.  CJ is married and has two sons and a  daughters.

David is our Investment specialist and  works mainly with investors.  David assists many home owners that are in distress situation by bring quick sales in a short period of time.  David is engaged and will be starting his married life in the very near future..
