Team leader Phil Hapke is a retired Veteran having served with the USMC and the USAF. Since being an agent, I have received the Rookie of the Year award in 2001 and the Realtor of Distinction award in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 placing me in the top 3% of local Realtors.  I am married all my children are grown and I have several grandchildren.                                                                    

    Janice Pastore Broker in Charge.  Janice has 35 years  experience as a real estate para legal and 9 yrs of experience in real estate as a Broker/Agent.  At Charleston Real Estate Professionals you get a mixture of agents and that range from Commercial, Land, Residential and Property Management so if you need a little help finding your next home give us a call.Janice has 4 sons three that have served our country in the United States Marine Corps, US Army and the US Navy.

Joe Poltor is investor  specialist, and is well versed in assisting custom with all types of siturations from Short Sales to Pre-Forclousers and everything in between.  Joe Served as a C-17 Load master for 6 yrs and is courrently in the Air Force Reserves.  Joe is Engaged (Sorry Ladies)
